Pre-Hurricane Property Checklist

Ambassador Club Pre-Hurricane Procedures

  • Close all Hurricane Shutters on all units where needed
  • Place any unit owners’ chairs, pots, or plants inside units
  • All pool furniture and umbrellas into the work room along with flag, pool accessories, clocks etc.
  • Tabletops in pool area must be removed and placed on poll deck
  • Gather all trash cans, stack and place in work room
  • Take all plastic covers for pump room and filter pool and place in pump room
  • In major hurricane threat remove all office files into boxes and place in second story unit (also the phone and the copy machine)
  • Secure all doors and windows in common area compound
  • Walk entire property to ensure all secure measures have been taken
